3. Membership Application and Approval

6. Digital Membership Cards and Member Profiles
6.1. Members may be issued a digital membership card and a restricted-access portfolio/profile page.
6.2. These credentials are:
- Personal and non-transferable
- Intended solely for professional identification within the scope of IPMO
6.3. Unauthorized sharing, misuse, or falsification of membership credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
7. Member Obligations
Members agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information
- Use IPMO services and credentials lawfully and ethically
- Refrain from any activity that may harm IPMO’s reputation, operations, or legal standing
- Comply with all applicable laws and organizational rules
8. Suspension and Termination of Membership
8.1. IPMO reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership immediately if:
- False or misleading information is provided
- Membership credentials are misused
- The member violates this policy or applicable laws
- The member engages in conduct detrimental to IPMO
8.2. Termination of membership does not entitle the member to any refund unless required by mandatory Dutch law.
9. Voluntary Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting IPMO.

- Annual memberships remain valid until the end of the paid term
No refunds are issued for unused periods unless legally required.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal data collected in connection with membership is processed in accordance with:

11. Limitation of Liability
