IPMO in cooperation with the Syrian Community in the Netherlands and Baytuna Al Thani Organization, organized a specialized media training course titled:
“How to Create Impactful Media Content”
The training was held in the Dutch city of Hoofddorp and brought together 25 journalists, media professionals, and content creators.








The course aimed to develop participants’ skills in producing impactful media content and to strengthen professional media practices among current and former media professionals, as well as individuals interested in media and content creation.
Lecturer Khaled Bakdash delivered a comprehensive session covering the fundamentals of writing influential media content, building successful media messages, and applying effective audience engagement techniques while maintaining professional standards.
The training witnessed active participation through discussions, questions, and the exchange of experiences. Participants emphasized the importance of such initiatives in supporting and developing media professionals and strengthening the presence of professional media within Arab communities across Europe.
At the conclusion of the course, certificates of participation were awarded to attendees in recognition of their engagement and active contribution throughout the training.
The organizers confirmed that this event is part of the International Organization for Press and Media’s broader plan to train and empower Arab media professionals in the Netherlands, in close cooperation with the Syrian Community in the Netherlands, contributing to the advancement of professional media work and strengthening its role within Arab communities.
