3.3. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. IPMO shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence in safeguarding credentials.
3.4. IPMO reserves the right to approve or reject registration and suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.


4. Services and Membership Benefits

4.1. Membership benefits vary according to membership type and may include access to:

  • Member-only content
  • Digital membership card and QR code
  • Events, workshops, and professional training
  • Member portfolios and professional identification

4.2. IPMO may modify, add, or remove services or benefits at any time without prior notice.
4.3. Memberships do not confer any ownership, partnership, employment, or legal representation rights in IPMO.


5. Fees and Payment

5.1. Membership fees, event fees, and other charges are clearly stated on the Website.
5.2. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. IPMO does not store sensitive payment information.
5.3. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise or required by Dutch/EU law.
5.4. IPMO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if payment is not received or a payment dispute arises.


6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1. You may cancel memberships or services according to the procedures in the Membership Policy and Payment & Refund Policy.
6.2. IPMO may terminate or suspend memberships/services in cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misuse of services, digital membership cards, or member portfolios
  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations
  • Conduct detrimental to IPMO or other members

6.3. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by law.


7. Intellectual Property

7.1. All content, logos, designs, text, images, and media on the Website are owned by IPMO or used under license and protected by Dutch and EU intellectual property laws.
7.2. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, or modified without prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
7.3. Members may use materials for personal or professional purposes only within the scope of their membership.
